Vice President of Delivery and Implementation (offline)

As a VP of Service Delivery you will oversee planning and execution of operations activities; and you will serve as a key member of the company international executive team.
Your biggest challenge will be to improve operational efficiency, quality, and compliance in support of the organization’s financial, strategic, and tactical business objectives.
Determine operations strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, cost/benefit analyses, defining the client’s requirements, and establishing KPIs and quality standards together with project managers.
Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve them.
Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational activities.
Oversee daily operations and make adjustments as necessary.
Develop and implement growth strategies.
Ensure financial and operations KPI targets are met
Provide mentoring to all employees, including managers to provide professional growth.
Motivate staff to meet or surpass organizational goals.
Report to fellow senior managers on operation activities towards business goals.

Requirements:
Higher education (Master’s degree in Management or IT would be a plus)
International Experience as a Director or Manager of Service Delivery at a SaaS product company or working with a SaaS product company through an outsourced company
Outstanding communication and people management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Client interaction expertise
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Highly motivated with a passion for driving operational business change
Strong Project Management background
Experience in working with International clients
Great English, C1-C2
