Technical Support Engineer (Blockchain) (offline)
Weβre large blockchain project in connection with development expanding staff company and looking for talented professionals to work with blockchain technologies.
Requirement:
β Minimum of 2 year experience in IT Support or related fields;
β Proficient in spoken and written English (C1);
β Excellent communication skills;
β Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;
β A reverent attitude towards users and desire to help;
β Willingness to work night shifts as we provide 24/7 coverage and on the weekends.
Responsibilities:
β Communication with customers via chat/emails/ticketing systems;
β Support daily blockchain platform;
β Create and resolve clients tickets;
β Update internal Knowledge Base for the future cases.
Would be a plus:
β Knowledge and experience in blockchain technologies;
β Chinese language.
