Technical Support Engineer (Blockchain) (offline)

We’re large blockchain project in connection with development expanding staff company and looking for talented professionals to work with blockchain technologies.
Requirement:
● Minimum of 2 year experience in IT Support or related fields;
● Proficient in spoken and written English (C1);
● Excellent communication skills;
● Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;
● A reverent attitude towards users and desire to help;
● Willingness to work night shifts as we provide 24/7 coverage and on the weekends.
Responsibilities:
● Communication with customers via chat/emails/ticketing systems;
● Support daily blockchain platform;
● Create and resolve clients tickets;
● Update internal Knowledge Base for the future cases.
Would be a plus:
● Knowledge and experience in blockchain technologies;
● Chinese language.
