Senior Product Manager for Robotic E-commerce project (Vienna) (offline)

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Vienna, Austria.

Responsibilities:
In collaboration with our Chief Design Officer, develop, define and manage the vision and roadmap for our products
Continually develop and share clarity about what problem the product is solving and for whom
Manage the execution of the vision and roadmap on a day-to-day and sprint-to-sprint basis, managing priorities, grooming backlogs and tracking task completion
Define what success looks like for this product, and create and manage the metrics to track our progress during development and after deployment
Ensure that both qualitative and quantitative research informs the product, and that product definition isn't just about opinion
Drive design and objectives with business cases, design thinking, customer feedback, market research, and competitive analysis
Develop and lead customer research, prototyping, and test and learn agendas with a focus on building MVP experiences to learn about hypotheses
Work on building an efficient workflow for experimenting, developing, and testing
Coordinate with the design and engineering teams and other parts of the organization to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the product
Advocate diplomatically for your product's users and their needs within the team and the wider organization
Embed human-centered design principles into every aspect of how we're building the product


Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
4+ years of product management experience in an agile environment and you have shipped one or more products in use by actual people
The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, preferably with startup experience.
Real passion and empathy to understand customer needs and a strong motivation to solve their problems
Ability to prioritize among competing opportunities, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind your decisions
Technical savvy to be a strong collaborator with developers, understanding their technical capabilities and constraints
Understanding of agile software development standard methodologies, design thinking, and working with user experience teams
Must maintain a HIGH level of ownership and be able to achieve desired outcomes
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal


Sometimes, we are open to working remotely and our team spreads over 2 continents. Those working in Vienna have flexible work hours and can work from home 2 days per week.
