We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Sales Manager with an understanding of the business process to join our team on a full-time basis.

- Advanced English level (both verbal and written)
- 1+ years in IT software sales
- Good soft skills, understanding of human psychology and decision-making process
- Previous experience of business trips and participation in conferences abroad
- Experience in sales (whether B2B or B2C)
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development processes -
- Understanding of B2B sales lifecycle
- Great negotiation skills

- Conversion from hot lead to customer through full cycle of sales pipeline
- Scheduling and performing calls with prospective customers
- Gathering basic requirements
- Contract negotiation and closure
- Managing leads and prospects inside CRM.
