Senior UI/UX Designer (offline)

Proven experience in the responsive design (web/mobile applications) will be an advantage. This includes facilitating requirements solicitation/elaboration activities, joint solution/workflow/application design sessions, creation of mock-ups, and design assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Delivering customer-centered UI/UX solutions (web)
Creating UX solutions by designing the prototypes, workflows and detailed interactions
Building reusable libraries for future use
Working as part of the product team, and interact with the development team and SMEs;
Responsible for bringing features to a finish
Audit and review the actual implementation and improve the UI/UX based on analysis and customer feedback
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps (experience with LucidChart, Miro or equivalent)
Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
Build page navigation buttons and search fields
Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, design or equivalent
Great UX skills
Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Wireframe.cc and InVision)
Good understanding of material design
Experience in creating product prototypes
Familiarity with design requirements of multiple platforms and devices (web, mobile, tablet, etc.)
Proficiency in Sketch / Figma / Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Zeplin and wireframing tools
Knowledge of composition, colors, and typography
Good understanding in HTML, CSS, JS
Basic understanding of software development processes
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Relevant portfolio
Proactive approach and proper attention to details and commitments
Structural and analytical mindset, strategic vision
Excellent problem-solving skills and passion for continuous improvement
Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Good time-management skills
Desire to create a product design that is the most comfortable, aesthetic and functional at the same time
At least upper-intermediate level of English
EXTRA POINTS FOR
Knowledge of Healthcare Information Systems dealing with clients, patients, providers, scheduling, and transactions
Understanding of an ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems which will integrate with our transactional system
Knowledge of Healthcare industry and marketplace trends, specifically related to managed Medicare, managed Medicaid, dual eligible members, and insurance products
Understanding of Big data and data lake concepts
