Strong Junior Scrum Master (offline)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring Scrum Master to join our team. A Scrum Master plays an important role in guiding our teams to deliver high quality designs and applications to our clients and stakeholders.

1+ year of experience as Scrum Master;
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle;
Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining Scrum approach in cross-functional and component teams;
Understanding of performance metrics and practical experience of visualizing them is a must;
Advanced knowledge of JIRA/Confluence configuration and usage is required;
Scrum Master certification (CSM®) is a plus;
SAFe® Scrum Master a plus;
Previous experience with EVM is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Facilitation of the Scrum process of planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives with team and Product Owner and proactively removes impediments to progress;
Project scope and timeline management, verification of sprint/milestone/project schedule;
Visualisation of team performance via reporting to the stakeholders;
Work with management to identify and implement organization-wide process improvements.
