MIddle Java Backend Developer (with DevOps) (offline)

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our client is an innovative athlete performance tracking platform that is specifically designed for a football (soccer) at every level. It utilizes advanced AI and machine learning technology to accurately measure football interaction performance. Utilizing a smart motion sensor on a player’s boots, it presents unparalleled insights on technical, tactical, physical, load, and gait analysis, for the players and coaching staff.

They already cooperate with Manchester City and a lot of other football teams and players around the world, using only new technology to bring the best results to the players. Company management seats in London, UK and development center — in Israel.

We are forming a new team in our Lviv office, which will work together with the client developers team from Israel. Starting with 6 people (PM, 2 QA, Java Backend, and 2 iOS developers), the development team here will grow dramatically in the next few months. So, don’t miss your chance and join it :)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Minimum 2 years of Back-End Java experience
Strong knowledge of the Spring framework
Good knowledge and experience with AWS
Experience working with Microservices architecture
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tool (Kubernetes)
Basic understanding of networks, security, and system resilience
Building/consuming RESTful APIs
A desire to learn and apply best practices in software development
A team player with good communication skills
Good spoken and written English level — at least Upper-Intermediate

Python experience
NoSQL databases experience
Experience of working with a Legacy code
