Data Analyst (Scientist) (offline)

Requirements:

— Deep knowledge of statistical data analysis methods and the construction of mathematical models (neural networks, Bayesian networks, clustering, regression analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, and correlation analyzes, etc.);
— Excel knowledge at an expert level;
— Knowledge of Python for programming and data analysis (numpy, pandas), etc.;
— The ability to bring different types of data into a single system;
— Higher mathematical education;
— Analytical skills, operational thinking, attention to detail;
— The ability to work with numbers, large data arrays, and the ability to think systemically;
Spoken English - B2 (Upper-Intermediate.

It will be a plus:
— Experience with medical projects

Responsibilities:

— Analysis of data to determine key indicators: the study of received data and publications on medical topics and the identification of the key metrics and patterns;
— Studying a large number of medical and statistical articles (in English) on the diagnosis of pathologies of the spine;
— Data collection process design for the following operational processing;
— Search for statistical patterns in the obtained data;
— Designing metrics and patterns from a variety of disparate, counter-intuitively related data;
— Development of primary statistical models for diagnosing the pathologies based on the obtained data;
— Development of primary statistical models for selecting the most effective course of treatment for spinal pathologies;
— Specifying the data with which we obtain relevant findings, and how much they affect the diagnosis;
— Providing reduced volatility or improving the accuracy of metrics;
— Development of solutions for the current processes optimization based on the results of the analysis.
