Junior/Middle/Senior Marketing Manager (offline)

Overview

- Design and plan initiatives to raise awareness of the company’s IT outsourcing services and SaaS product offerings which will lead to increased sales
- Focus is primarily on technology outsourcing services for healthcare IT projects
- Focus on the market in UK, Western Europe, & United States for increasing sales of services and products
- Focus on the local Ukraine market for assisting with employee recruiting purposes
- Create and maintain a positive public image for the company and its products. 

Duties/Responsibilities

- Marketing
- Extend the visibility, awareness and understanding of company and company product brands through strategic placement of topical stories, in-depth coverage and profile pieces
- Collaborate with sales and marketing staff to ensure marketing campaigns are consistent with the organization’s public image
- Ensure a positive public image and perception of company is sustained and enhanced, through the strategic dissemination of stories, coverage angles, proof of performance notices, and all other standard public relations tools
- Enhance media and audience engagement by generally raising awareness through promotional opportunities, including participation in and/or sponsorship of key events, conferences, community engagements, et al
- Position company talent as subject matter experts for inclusion on news programs, panels, speaking opportunities and other vehicles which raise the company profile and enhance company credibility while reaching mass audiences
- Assist with website positioning and content
- Assistance with Paid Campaigns, Content Marketing, and Forum Marketing would be helpful if interested and experienced in this
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies in support of loyalty program acquisition and retention goal
- Collaborate with the strategy team to define and execute campaigns, triggered communications, and journeys for highest value segments
- PR
- Compile databases of relevant contacts (Editors, Media, etc) to target for PR for each company product or service
- Develop, document and execute a process to create and maintain relationships with contact databases to find promotional opportunities
- Compose, review and/or distribute press releases and other public-facing communication

Required Skills/Abilities

- Experience with public relation principles and strategies as they relate to IT outsourcing services
- Experience presenting and pitching for opportunities, and the ability to create compelling story lines and decks to raise interest in company products and services
- At least intermediate level English communication and verbal skills
- Experience with brand positioning, and how to represent a specific point-of-view to differentiate from competitors
- Proficient with the various software, tools and services (such as cision.com) used by public relations professionals to craft and distribute content
- Knowledge of online analytics programs, i.e. Google Analytics required

Desired but not Required Qualifications, Experience, and Responsibilities

- Healthcare technology industry experience
- Content Marketing / Copy Content Writing experience
- E-mail marketing experience, including demonstrated capacity to execute campaigns that generate revenue and drive customer retention
- Experience building, managing and optimizing communications across multiple channels including search, display advertising, web site and email
- Budget planning & management, revenue forecasting experience
- Demonstrated experience of executing digital strategies that generate revenue and ROI growth
- Experience managing cross-channel marketing automation and campaign management tools
- E-commerce experience
- Agency experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue generation in alignment with marketing strategy
- Manage and optimize performance of all digital channels including display advertising, remarketing, meta-search, SEM, Social Advertising, Email, and push/pull messaging
- Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations for the applicability of emerging trends and capabilities
- Experience in digital marketing (paid ads, content marketing, forum marketing, SEO, etc) is a plus but not required
- Copywriting
