Technical Lead (Senior Back-End Engineer) (offline)

Requirements:
* 6y+ of Software Engineering hands-on experience
* Strong knowledge of Python and Node.js;
* Good knowledge of web scraping;
* Good knowledge of cloud architecture best practices (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud, etc.)
* Proficient in architectural design, design patterns, design anti-patterns
* Always eager to learn new technologies, architectural best practices and be ready to apply them in a beneficial way
* Advanced communication skills: able to build trustworthy relationships with stakeholders, influence them with new ideas and be able to defend own vision
* Advanced English

Responsibilities:
* Develop a critical parts of product related to performance, security and big data ingestion;
* Drive implementation and follow teamwork processes;
* Constantly communicate with project stakeholders
* Manage a engineer team, work with metrics to measure team performance
* Drive the process of implementing best engineering and security practices (code review, integration testing, incremental releases, ci/cd, code analysis tools) to have cost-effective, reliable, secure and performant solution
* Prepare the technology for the plug-and-play integration with other products across Aura.
