iOS Team Leader (offline)

I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Collaborates with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop and maintain mobile-based business applications for iOS.
2.Analyzes and resolves technical and application problems.
3.Adheres to high quality development principles while delivering solutions on time.
4. Takes product owner role of teams doing an architectural initiative.
5. Takes project management role of architectural initiatives that go across teams and units.
6. Acts as the unit representative in solution design and gap analysis.
7. Assists unit teams in backlog grooming, sprint planning and quality controls.
8. Assists in “firefighting” in hard-to-resolve cases.

III. OTHER RESPONSIBILTIES

1. Assessament of opportunities for application and process improvement and preparation of documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
2. Guides team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
3. Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
4. Manages the Native Mobile team.

III. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

1. The position is directly subordinate to the R&D Manager.
2. The position manages directly iOS developers and dedicated QA professionals in the Business Unit.
3. Functional relationships: Internal with all employees, business units, stakeholders in with the Company.

IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree, ICT or similar.
2. English language – level C1.
3. Professional experience as a team lead (preferably 1-2 years on a similar role)
4. Proven experience in end-to-end mobile development process of software applications and related systems.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Excellent management and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to motivate and drive employees
