Our technical challenge is Building high throughput API for bet processing based on extensive distributed system. Combining the tough business requirements with wide variety of technological challenges related to scale, low latency processing, high volumes of data.

Our tech stack is .NET Core and microservices approach. From the code perspective - C#/OOP used as our main driver. We will help you learn distributed systems design in high load environments.

The position is directly subordinate to the R&D Manager.
The position manages directly iOS developers and dedicated QA professionals in the Business Unit.
Functional relationships: Internal with all employees, business units, stakeholders in with the Company.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborates with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop and maintain mobile-based business applications for iOS.
Analyzes and resolves technical and application problems.
Adheres to high quality development principles while delivering solutions on time.
Takes product owner role of teams doing an architectural initiative.
Takes project management role of architectural initiatives that go across teams and units.
Acts as the unit representative in solution design and gap analysis.
Assists unit teams in backlog grooming, sprint planning and quality controls.
Assists in “firefighting” in hard-to-resolve cases.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Assessment of opportunities for application and process improvement and preparation of documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
Guides team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
Maintains high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Manages the Native Mobile team.
