The Marketing Manager will work very closely with the Sales team to strategize, create, build, deliver, and optimize outbound campaigns including (but not limited to) email, landing pages, asset creation, social media, site merchandising, SEO, to help drive leads, acquire new customers.
Ideal job profile:
- proven track record of success in marketing roles, preferably within the tech industry;
- English language level - Upper-intermediate or higher;
- experience running successful marketing campaigns;
solid knowledge of web analytics, SEO, SMM, content marketing;
analytical mind;
- ability to meet multiple deadlines;
- layout and design skills;
copywriting skills;
- strong searching skills;
- BSc or MSc in Marketing or relevant field
Responsibilities:
- generating leads for sales department;
- analyzing and choosing a target audience for lead generation projects;
- researching and analyzing IT market to find new business opportunities;
- developing the hypothesis of possible marketing campaigns to reach potential customers and validating it;
- creating Ideal customer profiles;
- defining the main customer`s goals and needs, and finding ideas on how we can solve them;
- creating a communication strategy;
- finding lead sources;
- choosing communication channels and tools;
- running lead generation campaigns;
- creating monthly reports and calculating ROI;
- handling website, social media, SEO, public relation efforts, inbound leads generation, content marketing, and events;
- articulate service offerings, key benefits, and messages for use by sales and marketing;
- supporting sales (creating marketing materials, presentations);
- researching the demand for our services;
- competitor research.
