Marketing Designer (offline)

This role is a new role for our team, and we're looking for a serious, proactive, and autonomous designer who is not afraid of challenges. We need your help with visual marketing activities for our customers.

The area of your responsibility will include:
— Preparing visual presentations of the services with all values of their application in business
— Representing design expertise in the pre-sales process
— Making research and developing visual proposals to unique customers` specifications
— Creating, planning, and providing the design of various types of newsletters for existing and potential customers
— Tracking analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of each marketing campaign
— Developing visual part of marketing activities and working with the marketing department to increase overall sales
— Collaboration with other departments of the company

It would be perfect if you have:
— At least 2 years of experience in design of web and mobile interfaces
— Proven experience in creating business presentations/documentation, business infographics
— Successful cases for compiling visuals of offers/ business presentations which sold the project
— Understanding of the project concept, knowledge of the basic rules of design development
— Proven experience in creating Responsive Web Designs
— Strong knowledge of iOS and Android apps design guidelines
— Understanding of the basics of digital and outbound marketing — marketing tools, newsletters, knowledge of email marketing services
— Proven experience in marketing research
— Experience of written and verbal communication with English-speaking clients
— Degree in design, marketing or any other related field would be a plus
— Experience in working closely with software development and product management teams to design and deliver digital products
— Friendship with graphics and love for drawing
