Requirements:
β At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in IT
β Excellent interpersonal communication skills
β Upper-intermediate level of English (verbal and written)
β Practical experience in closing the B2B deals
β Software development domain knowledge
β Strong problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills
β Has successful experience in achieving sales plans and KPIs
β Practical experience in improving deals conversions
Your responsibilities:
β Actively engage with leads and customers, providing company services information and company expertise in details, making demos, ensuring closure of the sale and sign of the deal
β Presenting proposals to the customers and close the deals
β Achieve growth and hit sales targets
β Ensure constant communication, and follow up with potential leads and active customers
β Find new opportunities for business through existing clients, account management;
β Build a strong relationship with existing clients and help them through the usage of our services/products
β Explore new sales channels and attract new sales partners.
β Coordinate launch project with the technical team and post launch support
β Control and ensure that the payments from the clients received in time
β Close the deals and perform all the related work in CRM.
β Keep the highest level of the clientβs satisfaction and measure it via questionnaires.
β Solving any conflict situations with a delivery team and a client, client care activities.
