Machine Learning/Computer Vision Tech Lead (offline)

We are looking for experienced Machine Learning/Computer Vision Tech Lead to join our new team.

As a member of an R&D Team, you will be engaged in the iterated process of prototyping and/or implementation of CV algorithms, their performance measurement, data preparation, and deploying your solution.

Requirements:
• At least 7 years of software engineering and research experience
• 5+ years in machine learning and/or computer vision domain
• Knowledge of different deep learning architectures and learning frameworks
• Knowledge of classic computer vision algorithms including OpenCV
• In-depth knowledge of Convolutional Neural Networks, including major network architectures, knowledge of activation functions, and their effects on network trainability and speed, experience in network training and tuning meta parameters
• In-depth knowledge of object detection or/and segmentation
• Knowledge of performance metrics in object detection and classification, such as mAP and related
• Experience in preparing and augmenting datasets for training
• In-depth understanding of loss functions and the ability to create custom loss functions as well as custom network layers.
• Understanding of network sparsity, network pruning, and its effect on network speed and performance
• Understanding of low bit depth networks, weight quantization, and its effect on speed and trainability
• Ability to quickly prototype and implement new ideas, finding simple and accurate problem solutions
• Good written and spoken English

• Experience with CV for the automotive industry
• Experience with human pose estimation and behavior recognition
• Experience with digital image processing
• Experience with C++ and deep understanding of C++ concepts
• Experience with FPGA or/and embedded development
• Cross-platform development, code optimization skills
• Knowledge of classical algorithms and data structures
• Expertise in Linux environment
