Senior FullStack (Node.js + React) developer (offline)

Candidate requirements:
• At least 5+ years of experience in professional software development;
• Proficiency with JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB;
• Good experience in React.js, HTML5, CSS;
• Experience in creating unit and integration tests;
• Experience in estimations and requirements clarification;
• Experience in system design;
• Strong English is a must (direct collaboration with CTO, stakeholders and teammates from the client’s side);
• Leadership mindset, proactiveness, ability to prove your point and technical decisions, problem-solving attitude;
• Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, team player;
• Ability to start workday later to overlap with the U.S. team working hours.

Will be a plus:
• Knowledge of Docker;
• Experience in microservice architecture design and implementation;
• Experience with AWS;
• Experience with GraphQL;
• Experience with Python.

Responsibility:
• Development of existing systems and adding new features to products and services;
• Work in close collaboration with others in the team and across the business;
• Following industry best practices to develop and deliver high quality, clean and maintainable code.

Project: AI-powered product to measure team productivity and give leadership recommendations.
