Middle QA Engineer (offline)

In this role, you must have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, you are the last phase of ensuring that our products, applications and systems work correctly.
The point is that we also looking for a manual QA Engineer who is willing to be grow as Automation Test Engineer. So you will learn how to write clear automation tests alongside with experienced Senior QA.

Responsibilities:
• Perform manual testing, which may include exploratory, system, regression, compatibility, or integration testing.
• Work on individual tasks with guidance from more senior Software Engineer.
• Create test plans, write, execute, and maintain test cases.
• Document and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects and work with the Development team and business to troubleshoot issues and evaluate fixes.
• Work closely with developers and product owners to understand the systems being tested.
• Create documentation for «how things work» on the project.

Required Skills and drills:
• Knowledge of quality standards and best practices.
• API testing tools experience is optional (Postman or similar).
• Experience in writing test documentation.
• Strong Knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies.
• Experience in functional and not functional testing.
• Knowledge of test design techniques and experience of using them.
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, TLS/SSL, SSH/TELNET Protocols.
• Ability to work independently.
• At least Intermediate English level.

It will be a plus for you:
• Experience in domain e-commerce & content production.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence.
• Knowledge of Docker.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience of writing code in Python.
• Experience in working with Selenium framework, PyTest.
• Performance and Load test implementation.

• Review and analysis of requirements and specifications.
• Creation and support of tests for Front-end/Back-end side functionality.
• Creation of different types test documentation: checklists, test suites.
• Creation of bug reports, tasks in Jira.
• Analysis of test results, problems.
