Business Analyst (offline)

Our client is a team of professionals that help building companies in the most vibrant business sites across Europe. They are starting to work with a new product in the banking industry. The product is a new banking application that will help private businesses and freelancers to use cutting edge services.

As a BA, you will have a unique opportunity to work in an Agile flexible environment and not be exhausted with documentation writing and to participate in the product creation from scratch.

In our collaboration model, you will work and communicate directly with the development team on the client side.

Responsibilities
— To find out what the user actually needs, working on identification, gathering, and analysis with close cooperation with the Product Owner.
— Facilitate solution design meetings with a Product owner, other agile teams, and other partners and cooperating vendors.
— Enrich user stories, create process descriptions in confluence, and agree on API specifications.
— Proactively cooperate and calibrate analytics methodology.
— Teamwork & close cooperation with programmers and testers
— Support in the preparation and subsequent execution of acceptance tests

What we’re looking for
— 3-5 years of experience in retail banking
— Basic UML knowledge — activity, sequence and BPMN diagrams
— API is all around us, and Open API specification is needed to be able to talk to others
— Analytical skills, systematic approach, independence, diligence, reliability, flexibility.
— Upper-Intermediate level of English

Bonus
— Experience with SCRUM or agile project techniques
— Knowledge of direct channels, domestic and foreign payments, cards; client acquisition knowledge of specific business domains
— Screen flow design and process modeling — our app is customer-oriented and heavily relies on excellent customer experience.
— Integration and microservice architecture experience as we have a lot of API, events, and partners — whoever can do more than just talk is welcomed.
