We are looking for a talented person to hold a position of Support manager.
Responsibilities: - Monitoring, performance testing and testing of the new functionality used; - Diagnostics and solution of user problems when working with the software used; - Service tickets from JIRA service desk portal; - Ability to learn quickly and work as a part of a team; - Prioritizing user requests; - Providing individual solutions for customers based on their business needs.

- quick logical thinking; - sociability, communicability; - intermediate level of English with good communication skills to chat quickly.
Working conditions:
Working hours: Mon-Fri, 18:00-03:00. Taxi compensation at night.
