Project/Analyst IT manager

Responsibilities:

Team: Managing the Jira and connect it to Confluence pages. Writing the user stories, preparing the backlog and estimate with the team the task with story points. Creating Epics from the stories and ordering the sprints with Tasks and Sub-Tasks.

Client: Creating a good looking dashboard and roadmap on Monday.com that will represent the Roadmap on Jira but in Client's language.
Touching all the areas if the project, from the human resource needed for your project and the prototype of the new feature request.

Coordination of project management activities, meetups, resources, issues, blockers.
Drafting technical specifications, forming and creating tasks;
Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and reports;
Maintain project plans, including schedule and project timeline, teams plans, etc;
Identify and manage risks to ensure delivery is on time;
Lead and motivate the project team, coordinating between the project teams to keep them on track and keeping the project deadlines;
Providing all types of project meetings;
Assistant in the testing of websites and applications.
