RESPONSIBILITIES:
β€” Full cycle of recruitment (creating job descriptions; posting and promoting vacancies; searching and sourcing candidates by using different sourcing tools; organizing and conducting job interviews; communicating with candidates, providing feedback)
β€” Screen candidates resume and job applications (technical expertise)

REQUIREMENTS:
β€” 1+ year of experience as IT Recruiter
β€” Hunting experience with LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and others programs
β€” Building the recruiting strategy, creation of a passive candidate base
β€” Ability to conduct different types of interviews
β€” Attention to details
β€” Ability to work in multitasking mode
β€” Strong verbal and written communication skills (ability to negotiate with candidates),
β€” Excellent presentation skills;
β€” English upper-intermediate and higher

β€” Good understanding of IT workflow;
