Senior QA Automation Engineer / TL (offline)

As an Automation Engineer, you will be part of the Database Activity Monitoring TE Team working on the core of the database application. Testing the various frameworks, from low-level security to high level applicative including a variety of complex technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the Company’s Products. This includes participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle (feature design, implementation, test design, test automation, and test execution). You will work closely with developers, test engineers, and product managers to help ship products with high quality, and to ensure the project is well planned, tracked, and executed.

Skills:
5+ years of experience in Java (or other OOP) development
Deep understanding of programing design
Lead development efforts, directly responsible for 3-4 automation engineers
Experience in automation development
Experience with Linux operation system
Experience in test design
Experience with UI automation technologies (Selenium, TestNG or similar)
Experience in developing test plans and implementation of test automation

Advantage:
BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Azure) and virtual environment (vCenter, Hyper-V)
Strong analytical, fast learner, diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Out of the box problem solver
Team player
Upper-Intermediate English

Responsibilities:
Defining and developing end-to-end modern automatic tests within Imperva’s automation framework
Responsible for leading automation tasks, working closely with the development teams
Plan, design, develop and execute Java-based automated tests for complex features
Testing new and existing products which are the tip of the spear of the company in charge of providing high-level security insights to our customers
Handling various challenges of a multi-platform distributed environment
