IT Manager/IT Administrator (offline)
β IT services management (O365, G.Suite, 1C, web-site, etc.)
β User support, help-desk
β IT assets management
β Server management
β IT network support
β Implement Global IT standards, adapt for the region, create local policies and instruction.
β Collaboration with internal teams and outsourcing partners.
β Attend regular status meetings with internal and external teams.
β Track and document tasks and changes.
β Manage IT projects (IT Services, Software & Hardware).
β Update internal project statuses, prepare reports and presentation.
β Conduct user training.
Requirements:
β Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
β 1+ years of experience as an IT specialist.
β IT security basic knowledge (antivirus, firewall, spam filter, VPN, patches, updates).
β Languages: English - strong upper-intermediate (B2); Russian - advanced (C1).
β Experience in implementing and/or supporting IT services/software.
β Technical analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills.
β Knowledge from user support to IT infrastructure support levels.
β Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
β Experience to work with a multicultural team.
β Punctual and attentive to details.
β Ability to work in an ever-changing, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
