Senior Technical Product Owner (offline)

Details:

Develop excellent MobiChord product knowledge and ServiceNow platform knowledge on the business and technical level
Work with the development team to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are designing great features for our customers
Inspire and motivate the development team to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
Work with Business Analysts to break down the high-level features and marketing requirements into more detailed features, epics and user stories
Create and manage the product backlog, representing the voice of the customer throughout the software development life-cycle
Support the development in prioritizing the product backlog, including the development of user stories, acceptance criteria and scenarios
Make independent decisions and take action within broadly defined practices and procedures helping the team achieve the goals.
Work closely with Product Management and Project Managers in product planning, release planning, team capacity and prioritization of backlog according to customer business needs and generated value
Engage in day-to-day activities with the Product development team. This involves attending planning meetings, leading refinement sessions, engaging with the development team, providing direction, and focus. Help the team to continuously improve their processes.
Participate in meetings with key customers, providing product demo, answering product related questions.
He/she understands and coordinates our innovative and industry-leading product feature backlog for all product releases. Leads the translation of new software features into technical requirements and follows Agile-based software development. Defines product release plan and scope with the product development team: Product Manager, Project Manager, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers.
The Technical Product Owner will be the Subject Matter Expert for the development team, drawing on their broad domain knowledge. and will be the go-to person for business analysts, product development team members, and other departments inside the organization for product development decisions and articulating technical requirements.

Your skills:
3+ years of proficiency as a Product Owner\Business Analyst
In-depth knowledge of one\several domains:
Cloud
Financial & Procurement
Telecom
Invoice processing
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
An advanced level of English is required
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to details
Invoice processing experience or finance background is a big plus
ServiceNow platform knowledge\experience is a great plus
