Senior Product Designer (offline)

Responsibilities
PRODUCT DESIGN
- Make our products more representative and recognizable
- Design information architecture, user journeys and flows
- Design accessible and intuitive user experience
- Optimize designs for different devices (web and mobile)

PRODUCT DISCOVERY
- Learn and identify the unique needs of our product’s customers by using discovery tools and approaches
- Dive deep into a new subject, research and develop new product ideas
- Conduct UX audits
- Own and develop design solutions from an idea to execution
- Run workshops
- Master a design-thinking framework

Required skills
- Experience in designing web and mobile products
- Understanding and extensive experience in producing high-level composition (layout, typography, colors)
- Skills in low and high fidelity prototyping
- Awareness of the latest Web/Mobile UI/UX trends
- Experience in developing design system/UI Library
- Understanding of popular frameworks (Bootstrap, Material design, iOS guidelines)
- Experience in using design and prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience in conducting user interviews and usability testing
- Creative mindset and customer focus
- Being a self-starter, well-structured and attentive to details
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

As a plus
- Ability to analyze product usage data
- Experience in Icons creation
- Following accessibility standards
