Team Leader / Group Manager / Engineering Manager for Data Security team (offline)

Requirements:

- Experience as a team lead / engineering manager
- Experience as a group leader
- Experience in at least one of the following Java/C#/Python development
- Knowledge and understanding of REST, Spring, Hibernate - advantage
- Experience with development of large complex software systems
- Experience with owning legacy code, maintaining and improving it
- Experience working with remote sites - advantage
- Strong ability to develop clear strategies, set direction and deliver results.
- Experience developing client-side web applications (HTML, JavaScript and CSS) - an advantage
- Experience with distributed solution, different DB pardigms, architecting complex solutions, owning legacy code, maintaining and improve it.
- B.Sc/M.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent from a known university
