About the new project and candidate:
We are looking for a senior backend PHP developer to be a part of an amazing and game changer team.
As a senior backend PHP developer at in our Chernivtsi Office, you will implement new applications, features, and tools for new cross border marketplace.
As the first thing to do we decided to extend our ecosystem with the new flexible multimerchant catalog and order management system. We encourage you to ignite the creativity with new project from the start, the most modern technologies, flexibility in the technical decisions.
As a senior engineer and technical leader, you'll contribute your knowledge and experience to projects, as well as work with and mentor colleagues earlier in their career to level them up.

Experience we are looking for:
✔ Confident knowledge of PHP7: deep understanding of OOP (classes, objects), MVC models and ORM techniques, Laravel or Symfony experience is a plus, ability to work with other developers' code
✔ Strong knowledge in MySQL (designing, optimization, understanding of InnoDB engine; experience in working with large databases is desirable (over 10 million records)
✔ Handful experience with ElasticSearch
✔ Linux/Unix: SSH/SFTP, bash commands, cron, Nginx/Apache web server
✔ Experience with building REST API web services and using JSON
✔ Experience in developing high volume systems
✔ Experience in working with micro-serves
✔ Experience with inter-process communication, caching and message queues
✔ Understanding of principles SOLID/KISS/DRY/YAGNI
✔ Experience in building backend for mobile app is a plus
✔ English verbal and written
