.Net Tech Lead (offline)

You’ll be working at the international projects for a company-provider of an audit, consulting and financial advisory from the USA.

The product we develop are: Product/Solution - globally-hosted, cloud-based, and data-driven, next-generation audit platform. It is a highly transformative audit platform that will enable enhanced audit quality, visibility, and transparency. It is a truly digital solution that enables collaboration, data sharing and analysis, greater access to information and knowledge, and integration with a suite of innovative audit tools.

Our team consists of: Technical Delivery Manager, Business Systems Analyst, Application Architect, Developers, QA Engineers and Designers (up to 25 people).

Requirements
- C# 7+, .NET 4.6+;
- .NET Core 2.1
- OOP, SOLID;
- Web Development Backend - ASP.NET Web API, MVC;
- MS SQL Server 2014-2016, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, ADO.NET;
- C#, .NET, Database - 5+ years of commercial experience;
- Solid understanding and practical experience with async programming, threading, Web App lifecycle in different hosting environments, security, error handling;
- At least 1 year of leading experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a Back-end development team;
- Distribute the BE work on the project by assigning tasks between BE Engineers in the team, manage progress of all development activities against plan, etc.;
- Motivating team members and participating in evaluating their professional achievements and performance;
- Resolving conflicts among team members;
- Participating in groomings and estimation sessions;
- Plan and implement change requests;
- Take the responsibility for new release deployments;
- Take part in code review and refactoring;
- Working with the stakeholders, participating in meetings, providing the BE status updates(if needed) and troubleshooting;
- Collaborate with other team members (incl. Front-end Team lead, TDM, BSA, Architect, etc.).
