Project Manager (offline)

Requirements
1. English intermediate or higher.
2. Good level of skills in Jira/Confluence:
Can set up Kanban and Scrum project;
β€” Will be plus:
Script Runner;
Webhooks;
Rest API.
3. Strong understanding of Kanban and Scrum Methodologies:
Can set up and lead a project;
Experience more than two years as PM/SM with a team of 10 participants;
Have a good understanding of the current Kanban/Scrum development process;
Have a good understanding of human psychology related to motivation and change;
Ability to work under pressure and with changing priorities.
4. Business Experience:
Comfortable discussing business process and objectives;
Understand the factors influencing business success.
5. Coaching Skills:
Provide ad hoc coaching within the current team;
Participate in developing and updating training content;
Recognized as a coach and can follow a simple coaching model for helping people resolve their problems.
6. Passion for learning new technologies and self-education.

Responsibilities
1. Foster a significant working relationship between Product Owner (PO) and Dev team:
β€” The team backlog should be well documented, either digitally or physically. Some effort should be made to ensure that cards are moved at each standup, and team members should be held accountable for providing an update.
β€” Ensure there is regular and timely interaction between the team and the PO.
β€” Where needed, facilitate interaction between the PO and the team to ensure both sides get an opportunity to share their concerns and motivations.
β€” Ensure both PO and Dev team actively participate in decision making regarding commitment to scope and schedule.
2. PM Responsibilities:
β€” Using Collaborative engagement techniques:
Planning and Estimation;
Story Maps;
Brainstorming;
Cause-Effect Diagrams;
β€” Exhibit Kanban/Scrum Values.
β€” Involving the whole team in grooming.
β€” Involving the whole team in medium-term planning.
3. Establish a collaborative team environment:
β€” Team members’ efforts are well aligned with team goals at all times.
β€” Team practices the culture of collective code ownership.
4. Facilitate team meetings effectively:
β€” Meetings should become more structured and formalized.
β€” Leads multi-day workshops and planning events for large or newly formed teams.
5. Remove impediments and unnecessary distractions.
6. Promote a High-performance team culture.
