Customer Support (offline)

Is a must for the candidate:

- Russian & English written language skills;
- Experience providing support via email and live chat;
- Excellent communication skills, including patience, politeness and the ability to provide any explanations in a simple and understandable way;
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage your time effectively and adapt to a constantly changing work environment;
- Analytical skills and attentiveness;

(!) FinTech support experience would be fucking amazing

Responsibilities include (but will not be limited to):

- Replying to customers' questions via live-chats and emails;
- Ensuring timely customers issues resolve;
- Assisting in developing support documentation for users and your team;
- Being up to date with new developments, changes and feature releases on -- AnyTeam products and further users support in their usage.

Schedule: Morning (8 AM β€” 4 PM) and Day (4 PM β€” 12 AM) shifts

Please note that this position includes Test Task.
