Lead Front-End Developer (Angular) (offline)

Job Description
GlobalLogic is looking for a strong and skilled development lead, with relevant 6-8 years of development experience, where at least 2 years of experience is in a leading role.

A candidate should be experienced in leading a team of 5-6 Senior/Middle developers.
Self-motivation and experience in maintaining and leading the team by Agile methodologies must be the strength of this person.
A candidate should possess extensive communication skills, able to collaborate, and sync with other sub-teams.
Experience in the implementation of Front-End application integrated with microservice architecture with event-based communication in the AWS environment is a plus.
Familiar with CI/CD processes. Can set up the process from coding, test to deployment.
Basic docker knowledge. Kubernetes experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
A major role in designing and building a Front-End for client's web, data analytics product – this means you’ll be essential in building chassis for rich front-end applications, discussing the functionality and design from start to finish.

Implementation of new features in a highly collaborative environment with Product, Design, DevOps, and Back-End engineers.

Contribute to high quality, and performing code base.

Share your technical solutions and product ideas with the Client's team through tech talk and collaboration sessions.

Collaborate with Solution Architect, Stakeholders, Product Owners to identify the scope
Decompose the scope according to the team composition
Backlog estimation
Align the work with other sub-teams

Department/Project Description
GlobalLogic is going to build an analytical platform for the client. A platform that will be gathering information about some companies from various sources will normalize it according to the predefined flow and will show it to the user as a set of analytical dashboards. The gathered and processed information will let the customers make decisions regarding the business state of the investigated companies. Analytical information will help customers to predict the future state of the appropriate companies and improve customer’s business processes.

The client provides high-value analysis and support to partner companies for identification and mitigation of emerging business challenges. Today the customer’s business processes are highly manual and fragmented.

The project is aimed to define and bring to life a digital platform that connects the client employees with relevant and meaningful information about their portfolio holdings, enabling insights and action.
