Hi! We are a long-standing company with offices in the USA and Ukraine that is preparing to release a new product for the US transportation industry market. We are looking for a new talented team member to help the HR manager. You will get the opportunity to witness and participate in a new product launch and growth from ground level while working side-by-side with the owner. Our company is looking for an ambitious person that already has experiences listed below with a desire to grow, learn, and advance. Please note that until the quarantine restrictions are in place you will be working from home with provided by the company equipment.
Required work schedule: 10:00 AM- 19:00 PM, Monday - Friday (can be adjusted upon agreement with both parties).

Your responsibilities:

Management of the process of recruiting a full cycle (challenging and high-speed recruiting), the formation of a positive experience of interaction with each candidate from application to proposal/rejection, as well as with each internal customer;
Analysis of the vacancies received in the work, the elaboration of profiles (communication with the top management of the company), the formation of a search map using active and passive candidates search channels;
Search for effective employees from ordinary staff to top managers in various business segments;
Gather feedback and recommendations on the final candidates;
Participation in HR projects: developing an employer brand, adapting new employees, etc;
Analytics, analysis of productivity, and efficiency of the recruiting process, optimization of recruiting processes, and adaptation of employees.




Skills that are a must need:

Excellent knowledge of effective recruitment methodologies and tools, proven and successful experience in closing managerial and top positions, headhunting;
Possession of active search tools in social networks LinkedIn, FB, Instagram, on specialized IT sites, in specialized groups, etc;
Practical experience checking recommendations;
Strong communication skills (ability to negotiate with internal clients and candidates), excellent presentation skills;
Stress resistance, responsibility, punctuality, attention to detail, high self-organization skills, ability to work in multitasking mode, the ability to structure information;
English level - upper-intermediate;
At least two years of work experience in a position HR manager.
