Business/Data Analyst (offline)
Job description:
The customer is an Israeli product company that develops SaaS for data management and analytics. Their integrated data management platform makes it easier than ever to connect to data. Leveraging cloud data warehouse infrastructure, automatic data integrations, and AI automation they can provide top-notch data infrastructure as service. Service users can connect all their favourite analytics tools (google analytics, salesforce, etc.) in a simple user interface in several minutes without a need to do coding.
We are looking for a Business/Data Analyst to join our team. You will take responsibility for managing master data, developing dashboards, and troubleshooting data issues. To do well you need a very fine eye for detail, deep understanding of relational databases, and the ability to write your own complex queries across multiple data sets.
Mandatory requirements:
- Experience writing, troubleshooting, and debugging SQL queries;
- Ability to understand basic query profiles and execution plans;
- Knowledge of SQL data types and functions;
- 1+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar field;
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases;
- English level - at least strong Intermediate.
Personal skills:
- Start-up state of mind: understanding of start-up environment requirements and atmosphere, easily and rapidly adapting to changes;
- Ability to work remotely but still coordinate with colleagues in a globally distributed team;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Ability to work on an individual and team basis;
- Enthusiasm, fast learning, problem solving attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion;
- Provide quality assurance of imported data;
- Processing confidential data;
- Develop reports and analysis;
- Troubleshooting the reporting environment and reports;
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources.
