Customer Success Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
The team is divided into Israel and New York.
The goal is to explain to customers how to manage their business on Monday.
How to use the product to motivate them, and then accompany and support.
All services, support, and sales.
Work includes working with clients via Skype, phones, demos, webinars, not Cold Calling.
Help them with technical problems.
Work with programmers.
A very dynamic and interesting role that combines work with clients in different ways.
