Customer support (administrative work) (offline)
Responsibilities:
Manage customer relations through various channels: Phone, email, text, social media, live chat, etc.
Improve upon our written systems and process manuals
Schedule appointments
Create basic reports (reports on weekly tasks, deliverables, sales)
Provide new suggestions for the company
Research and personal assistant tasks
Requirements:
Excellent English communication and writing skills
German is a big plus
Customer service experience
Strong organizational skills
Critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to learn quickly and multitasking
Ability to meet deadlines
