Scrum Master (offline)

Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience working as a Scrum Master;
Understanding Agile Principles and methodologies as well as applying them in a team context.
Experience of the Scrum framework and artifacts (such as Acceptance Criteria, DoD and DoR, user stories, backlog refinement, etc.);
Experience with Jira;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Skilled in coaching others and taking the lead when necessary;
Main Technologies and Tools: Agile Practices, Agile Coaching, Atlassian Software Development and Collaboration Tools, Scrum, Kanban, #NoEstimates;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Self-motivated driver able to make progress despite obstacles;
Detail-oriented and highly organised.

Will be a plus:
Development or QA background;
Any Agile related certification;
Experience in game development;
Release management expertise.

Responsibilities:
Schedule, optimization and facilitation of Scrum Ceremonies;
Lead and plan with the rest of the Team the correct amount of work for each sprint;
Track and unlock project dependencies in a proactive way to increase the positive workflow;
To be able to create, support and optimize the processes within teams;
Creating,maintaining and documenting in details team and company processes;
Actively promote the Agile Mindset in all the different projects;
Give proper Coach to different team members accordingly with their needs;
To be responsible to always search and learn for new and better ways to coach, facilitate and help teams evolve and work in the best way and environment possible.
