Affiliate marketing manager (offline)

Crello is a visual editor launched by Depositphotos. It allows creating social media images, ad banners, posters, email headers, and other popular formats. Crello is easy to use - it doesn't matter if you are an experienced designer or a beginner.

We are looking for a Senior affiliate marketing manager to work with several projects.

Requirements
Minimum three years of experience in an affiliates role with a solid understanding of the affiliate industry.
Knowledge of operating platforms such as HasOffers, Commission Junction etc and analytics tools Google Analytics, Power BI
Fluent in English (an additional language would be a plus)
Effective sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the ad-tech industry and its key market players, advertising models, ad formats.
Ability to think and solve problems on your own.

Responsibilities
Manage stand-alone affiliates and ad networks ensuring campaigns are kept within budget and are hitting revenue growth goals.
Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate channel.
Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate program.
Fully understand partner needs and business possibilities to find fitting integration options.
Coordinate across departments to execute agreed deals.
Manage creation of all required promotional materials (content, ads, landing pages) for partner launch and traffic performance improvement.
Handle data tracking, regular monitoring, reporting and other related activities through internal and third party platforms.
