Product Manager (offline)

Requirements:
Proven project and program management experience working with cross-functional teams in tech companies;
3 – 5 years of experience working at SAAS companies, delivering products to enterprise clients;
Familiarity with and ability to manage Jira, Trello, and other common software tools;
CRM, workflow, and business process design experience with a strong technical background;
A self-motivated learner who enjoys working with new tools and learning new systems;
Ability to drive collaboration and deliver high-quality, complex projects across teams;
Solution-oriented with ability to drive toward actionable results;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized problem solver;
Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment;
English level – advanced;
Be familiar with SDLC Methodology ;
Experience in Agile Methodology for more than 3 years.

Responsibilities:
Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver successful products to market;
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (clients, partners) to collect necessary information;
Create, manage, and publish project plans and associated documentation;
Manage project risk, scope, schedule, and resource alignment to ensure predictable product shipment;
Track project health, anticipate and intercept cross-functional blockers
Manage overall release process;
Partner with and motivate cross-functional teams to take action and drive projects to completion; exhibit excellent judgment on sensitive, complex, and cross-functional issues, fostering collaboration between leaders, sub-teams, and general stakeholders;
Maintain visibility to professional services and custom development work to keep core product impact at a minimum;
Identify Related User Stories and Epics;
Manage the Integration With Related Projects.
