Responsibilities: β’ Process and resolve Production incidents and User Queries (Incidents/ServiceRequests) β’ Root cause analysis using UI behavior, Specification Documents and Database Data Analysis as well as server log outputs β’ Defect tracking β’ Issues Reproducing β’ Workaround proposal (technical & logical) β’ Communication with technical teams and clients incl. Dev team collaboration on issues resolution β’ Knowledge base Articles creation β’ Reporting creation β’ Future involvement in deployment Mandatory Skills: β’ Functional Analysis / Programming background β’ Strong Oracle database understanding β’ SQL - PL/SQL experience (mandatory) β’ Verbal and written English (upper-intermediate and above) β’ Strong understanding of Service Delivery Life Cycle β’ Experience with enterprise level system support and configuration β’ Financial domain knowledge would be a plus β’ Take ownership, quick analysis of issues, under (time) pressure Nice-to-Have Skills:Docker, Fabric, Pega, Microservices Languages: English: B2 Upper Intermediate
