Linux System Software Engineer (offline)

You will become a part of a highly professional team working in the field of smart sensors and IoT for the futuristic public smart spaces. This role is in charge of being at the forefront of tackling computer-vision and applying different machine learning techniques at scale on large data-sets and embed these to the application processor to allow a real-time real-world computer-vision solution.

Technologies: Python 3, C++11, Yocto, OSTree.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain:
-User-space applications for embedded Linux aimed for OS management, monitoring, upgrading, etc. 0
- Functionality for the device's main application;
-The infrastructure for supporting the device's life-cycle (production, provisioning, configuration, upgrade, monitoring, etc.);
- Internal tools for testing/debugging/analyzing the algo engine and other product's functionality;
- Integrate and adapt well-known industry approaches for solving business requirements.

Requirements:
-BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent;
-At least 3 years of Experience with embedded systems;
-At least 2 years of experience with Python 3;
-Expierense with Linux;
-Good understanding of software design;
-Ability to write code in languages other than Python (C++, Java);
-Ability to work in a small team and take responsibility for separate sub-projects;
-Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.

Would be a plus:
-Yocto Project Build System;
-Video processing: OpenCV, video-codecs, camera interfaces, etc;
-Network protocols;
-Linux Kernel;
-PKI;
-Familiarity with machine learning Requirements.
