IT Project manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
— Manage project delivery
— Define priorities and make things be completed in time
— Own decision making within a defined level of authority
— Provide leadership and motivation of team members to meet project objectives
— Drive process improvement — identify inefficiencies in the processes, suggest and introduce improvements
— Proactively communicate project/sprint status, issues and risks to the Product owner
— Prepare progress reports, develop and maintain project documentation

Requirements:
— 2+ years of hands-on experience in taking a key role as IT Project Manager
— Experience in managing technical aspects of software delivery
— Team player & Strong communication skills
— Excellent planning & delivery skills
— Experience with Jira and Confluence
— Experience of creating technical documentation and requirements
— Strong team leadership skills
— High self-motivation and ability to motivate others
— Analytical, problem solving and critical-thinking skills
— Upper-intermediate English level (verbal and written)
