CV/ML researcher sport tech project Relocation to Scotland (offline)

Our AI looks at sports videos and uses deep learning, computer vision, and magic spells to understand the game and help teams to reach their full potential.
What you’ll be doing :
-Develop and advance a video analysis technology for basketball games

- Explore research ideas, build prototypes, measure your progress with eval systems
- Produce algorithms, architectures, tools, and data pipelines
-Productize the most promising ideas
About you:
Strong background in computer science
Solid understanding of machine learning and deep learning applied to image processing or video processing
Familiarity with python, IPython, TensorFlow
Ability to organize and communicate your research based on progress measurements
Experience with large volumes of data including working with and building data pipelines, parallel processing
Experience processing data and training models cost-effectively
Ability to comfortably use Google cloud for research purposes
Knowledge of recent developments in AI and deep learning
Experience/strong interest with sequence analysis (NLP, audio, video) is a plus Experience/strong interest with computer vision and image processing is a plus
Experience/strong interest with video analysis technology is a plus
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTTP, Javascript, HTML is a plus

Experience developing production systems is a plus
MS/PhD in STEM is preferred
Experience working in agile teams is plus
Capable to work in English speaking team
Passion or familiarity with team sports is a bonus
