CTO (offline)

Responsibilities:
Discover and implement new technologies;
Act as a technical leader, combine hands-on coding / software development with team leadership and high-level technical advice;
Defines code writing standards, code review, refactoring.
Ability to build efficient development teams and development processes

Requirements:
At least two years of experience as a CTO/TechLead in the gaming field​;
Great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English);
Strategy & complex architecture providing;
Technical risks management;
Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively.
