Technical Support Engineer (V) (offline)

PROJECT:
We are a product company which is developing a new and unique trading ecosystem. It includes more than 10 blocks — CRM, Chat, BI, Trading Engine, Education and other blocks which will be easy to use for both, clients of the trading platform and operator companies.
Thousands of people are already using our infrastructure and we are further focused on development. To support one of our largest brands — EverFX, we are actively looking for a professional TL Support Engineer who will become part of our team and will jointly introduce new methods and approaches.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of experience on the same position;
• Upper-Intermediate English level (spoken and written) must have;
• Deep understanding and working experience with any Database;
• Software Implementation or integration project participation;
• Working with Jira, Trello, any ticketing system;
• Basic administration skills.

WILL BE A PLUS:
• QA manual background;
• 2+ year of experience in 2nd or 3rd Level Application Support;
• Experience with Git or Bitbucket;
• Experience in scripting (Bash, Python);
• Linux knowledge.
