Senior Marketing Manager (offline)

As Our Senior marketing manager, you will be responsible for:

- Creating and implementing a marketing strategy
- Run marketing activities to grow the pipeline with field and partners
- Support sales teams and assist in closing deals
- Generating income from the EU, US markets

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of successful experience in the digital marketing sphere that can be confirmed by certain results: audience growth, conversions increase, etc.;
- Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing (product, pricing, branding, strategy, social media, communications, business development, website).
- Strong understanding of Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Digital Acquisition, Affiliate Marketing and Media Buying.
- A love for data-driven inbound marketing - with a focus on new customer acquisition
- Advanced English level both verbal and written;
- Experience in creating and managing successful marketing strategy;
- Experience of working with foreign markets (EU, US, Israel)
- Holds an operative and proactive approach;
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinker;
- Business experience.

Managing the entry into new markets
2+ years’ managerial experience

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention;
- Use an analytical based approach to the strategy and demonstrate ROI;
- Create competitor and market analysis, staying ahead of trends and competitor positioning
- Drive improved website usability and user experience
- Train and develop the marketing team
- Constantly research the market to stay up to date and find new ways to promote and grow the company.
- Budget ownership and planning
- Work cross-functionally with other business units to advance strategic cross-organizational initiatives.
- Creating a solid network of strategic partnerships
