Head of Product Management Office (offline)

We are looking for Head of Product Management Office to manage the products lifecycle. In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a unique blend of leadership, creativity, business judgment, industry knowledge, and execution-oriented thinking. Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy and roadmap for user growth across all platforms
Build, manage and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts
Identify product bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities to further strengthen products implementation efficiency
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Drive the creation of an overarching long-term product strategy, including new product development and product enhancements
Ensure team is executing product discipline process to develop and roll out new products and product enhancements
Collaborate with product marketing to launch new solutions, including launch plan development, product positioning, customer presentations, go-to-market strategies, and sales education
Coordinate communication between Product Owner and Product Managers
Achieve implementation of the software according to the Product Owners vision, in time and under budget
Track product and service performance against forecast, make recommendations to the business when gaps and/or opportunities are detected
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of product management experience required and 2+ created products
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Upper Intermediate and higher English level
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
Comfortable with ambiguity and lack of clear definition and have the skills to define and make recommendations; a natural communicator; influencer and mobilizer in a cross-functional organization
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

-Bitbucket, TeamCity (basic level)
