Senior Python Engineer #7328 (offline)

It is an opportunity to wok on a long-term, stable project and be responsible for the development and maintenance of an existing ETL solution providing the inventory of all infrastructure assets and the visualization of the infrastructure costs of a big company.  The solution: aggregates data from different data sources like AWS and Azure billing data, software licenses billing data, etc provides a convenient way to populate the raw source data with meaningful metadata provides a way to create and configure useful billing reports for different use cases provides an API for more advanced asset inventory use-cases.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in close contact with project stakeholders on customer’s side.
Take proactive part in requirements analysis and clarification.
Design, develop, document and support ETL components.
Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product.
Research and evaluate technical options to implement business requirements.
Provide estimates.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
MUST HAVE:
Confident Python skills.
5+ Years of commercial SW development experience.
Experience with Django.
Experience Django rest framework
Experience with gRPC/Thrift.
Profound SQL knowledge. Experience with PostgreSQL or/and MySQL.
At least Upper-Intermediate English.
Experience with AWS.
BS\MS in Computer science or related field.

WOULD BE A PLUS:
Experience with:
Microsoft Azure
Data visualization tools (Redash, Tableau, etc.)
