Business Analyst (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
-2+ years of experience working with data analytics.
-Clear understanding of the principles and specifics of software development methodologies.
-English - Upper Intermediate.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
-Data mining and data analysis.
-Experience in translating business needs/requirements into technical specifications.
-Extensive knowledge of business analysis / business intelligence activities and techniques.
-Awareness of latest IT industry and digitalization trends.
-Knowledge of business process optimization and modeling approaches.
-Communication and negotiation skills required to establish and maintain good working relationships with external organizations and internal customers.

WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:
-Working knowledge of statistical methods and their application to business problems.
-Experience in analyzing data from third-party providers: Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Insights, etc.
-Good understanding of data mining/data analysis methods: conversions, LTV/CAC, ROI, Cohort analysis, a-ha moment analysis, K-means, decision trees etc.
-Experience working with data extracts and data connections.
