Trainee/Junior Project Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Performing overall project planning: prioritizing, estimating, and scheduling project work
- Managing and monitoring project successful execution and delivery on time and within the allocated budget
- Communication with the clients to find out their needs and transfer them into the requirements
- Coordination of development teams
- Performing project risk management
- Updating project documentation
- Managing projects staff: tracking, coordinating, and notifying management about the needs of the project team and avoiding conflicts in the team
- Participation in pre-sale activities

Required skills:

- Understanding of IT technologies, product development lifecycle and software development methodologies
- Work experience with projects on top of Java, JavaScript, Android or iOS
- Knowledge of Agile software development technologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.). Practical experience as a Scrum Master would be a plus
- Experience with JIRA, Redmine and other project management tools is a plus
- Setting priorities among existing problem areas
- Ability to work on several projects at the same time
- Excellent communication skills: negotiating, communication with clients, interaction with developers
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of German will be a plus
